When we began in 2008 our mission was to create not only an abundant but recurring supply of quality global ingredients. We got started the way most Food traders do with hard work, valuing relationships across all platforms of this industry and keeping an open mind. The company was started by my father Michael S. Miller with a vision of not just making a living but to sell quality food and ingredients that can be used in a vast variety of applications. After only a few years unfortunately Michael passed away from Cancer in late 2011. As time passed I found ways to nourish the relationships Michael had developed and start new ones with the business model of treating my clients like friends and family. To Michael his clients were not just clients they were people he could call on at any time, that shared his love for food. Since his passing we have grown and expanded to a wide variety of items servicing many different types of companies all over the country. I take great pride in this business as it is my fathers legacy. Customer service and relationships are my first and foremost consideration. Our success in sales has come with a down to earth, reliable, service orientated approach.
